"Buyer beware, had policy explained by Jessica not in full and or in detail and cost me 13k on my sewer line. They could have cared less."

"I truly understand how frustrating it can be to encounter unexpected expenses, especially concerning insurance claims. I want to clarify that the service line coverage is indeed an endorsement, which means it is not automatically included in your policy. In your email, you mentioned that you were "in a hurry" when setting up your policy, which led to the decision not to include this particular coverage. While we strive to ensure that all customers are fully aware of their options, it can be challenging to provide that level of detail when customers are pressed for time. Unfortunately, we cannot add endorsements retroactively if they were not chosen at the time of policy setup; the final selection of coverages ultimately lies with the policyholder. "

"Poor Communication, claiming they can't refund a hidden fee they never notified you about. And quote you an amount that sounds great but in reality it is a small fraction of the amount. I been with state farm for a long time. And I am happy with State farm not with this agent. I will be switching if anyone know of a honest and respectable Agent please reply to this post."
